30-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required for all returns.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at support @ fabulouspetsupply.com to initiate the return. Be sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN), if applicable.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) with all original accessories and packaging. Be sure to include the return authorization number if provided.
- Ship the Item: Simply package up the item and return it to us at the address on the shipping label, no return authorization needed. We recommend that you use a tracking method with your paid shipping choice for your records.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-7 business days).
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)
- Special order items
- Seasonal
- Holiday
- Measured to customed sized products
- 25% restocking applies on special orders/seasonal items
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support @ fabulouspetsupply.com for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
